TV 2 / Bornholm first went to the air on September 1, 1990, as one of a total of eight regional TV stations. The regional stations should ensure that TV 2 could provide television close to the Danes, whether they lived in Nykøbing, NørreNebel or Nexø.Initially, only half an hour per day was delivered, but over the years, transmission time has been continuously expanded. Today TV 2 / Bornholm broadcasts TV 2 / Denmark five times a day, but in principle, 24 hours a day on our own channel, TV 2 / Bornholm. Thus, there is in principle unlimited space for television from and around Bornholm. In addition, we deliver news on the internet and via the mobile phone.Over the years, the staff has also grown, so today there are more than 70 people who are affiliated with the station in Aakirkeby.
