A Palestinian cultural electronic magazine issued by the Palestinian Refugees Portal and edited by Salim Al-Beik. It is concerned with arts and literature, text, criticism and commentary, and politics as a vital part of the cultural situation, specifically in the Arab East, where the impact is directly on the Palestinian cause and in it. The magazine intends to provide a wide space for opinion in its content, regardless of the nature of the material, as it does not provide a cultural service to the reader or a neutral definition of the Palestinian, Oriental, Arab and international cultural productions, but rather a self-opinion of it. The magazine, or its writers, has an opinion on what is being discussed, so the magazine does not publish "an article about such," but "an article about so-and-so."
