Fastighetssverige was founded in October 2004. Our first magazine issue was published in April 2005. Since the beginning of 2008, we have distributed a daily newsletter with Swedish real estate news, from the site fastighetssverige.se. In March 2015 we launched the site Nordic Property News with Nordic real estate news with an associated newsletter which is distributed every Friday.Fastighetssverige is a part of the Isitar AB Group, founded in 1997, and sister company to Lokalförlaget I Göteborg AB, a media company with many years of extensive experience in newspaper and magazine production aiming mainly towards the real estate industry.
