KULTUR is a monthly magazine in Austria and The KULTUR magazine emerged from the Spielboden-Zeitung in 1986 and was published by ARGE Spielboden Dornbirn - Saumarkt Feldkirch until 1994, first in close cooperation with the association Denk-mal Bludenz, then with the collaboration of allerArt Bludenz. Members of the first editorial board were Peter Füßl, Karlheinz Albrecht, Kurt Bracharz, Ulrich Gabriel, Elmar Haller, Peter Niedermair and Wolfgang Rückner. The layout was done by Michael Mittermayer.
