BrewingScience - Monatsschrift für Brauwissenschaft is an online publication reporting on scientific topics related to brewing. It is the official magazine of the German brewery associations Weihenstephan Scientific Centre of the TU Munich, the Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei in Berlin e.V., the Scientific Station for Breweries in Munich, the Veritas laboratory in Zurich as well as the Doemens wba-Technikum in Graefelfing.
